The In House Recruitment Expo series of events is now in its SEVENTH year and we are proud to announce that the InHouse Recruitment Expo 2021 will be our second hybrid virtual event!

Once again, we will be using a ground-breaking platform, to bring you a truly immersive and engaging virtual experience. We will broadcast live from our London media studio and offer remote access for visitors, sponsors and event partners, bringing you a real 360-degree Expo with the audience very much included in the programme.

The 2021 Expo will run live on the 23rd and 24th of February 2021, and on 25th of February 2021 visitors have a networking day when they can catch up on sessions they may have missed over the previous two days, and network with each other, as well as the event partners.

You will be able to access the event platform from any location, and we recommend Google Chrome to be the best browser for the full event experience. The event will feature speaker sessions with Question & Answer capabilities, live polls, competitions, interviews, workshops, and excellent networking opportunities. The virtual summit platform will then be open for an additional two weeks for visitors to engage with content and event partners and revisit some of their key learning points.

For our 2021 Expo we are proud to welcome back innovative Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Enablement technology business Oleeo as our gold sponsors. Our media partners will be HR Grapevine, Recruiter Magazine and OnRec, whilst our official event supporter is The FIRM.

The InHouse Recruitment Expo is designed specifically for in-house recruitment leaders and their teams. With 2020 bringing a unique set of challenges for the sector we will support your learning by bringing you the latest knowledge, research and case studies from the sector. Our platform will also provide unlimited opportunities for you to network with peers and learn and understand best practices across the function nationally and Internationally. In what most analysts see as a year of accelerated digital transformation, you will also have the chance to explore the new and enhanced technology, products and services that can enable your team to source and hire the best candidates to support the achievement of your organisation’s goals.

In the learning sessions we will hear speakers from across the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management spectrum share their knowledge and experience on a range of the topics and issues that are top of mind for InHouse Recruitment teams. Joe Fernandez from gold sponsors Oleeo will talk about mastering high volume recruitment and Rachel Dalboth from our official event supporter The Firm will share key insights from their latest members survey on 2021 priorities and where recruiters should be focusing their efforts and capabilities. Meanwhile Rebecca Fielding from Grad Consult will explore digital internships and how they can be used to help deliver your talent strategy.

With Diversity and Inclusion very high on the business agenda, we are pleased to welcome Mils Banji, CEO of TapIn, who will discuss how to attract diverse graduate talent in 2021, focusing on areas such as data, messaging and engagement, whilst Toby Mildon, author of the book Inclusive Growth, will look at the current challenges that businesses face in implementing a more diverse workforce and suggest strategies to overcome these. Theo Smith will talk about how to hire people with MAD abilities, whilst the team at Radical Recruit will explore three-dimensional diversity, unconscious bias and share what employers can and should be doing to ensure recruitment processes are fair and accessible. Meanwhile Jane Hatton from Evenbreak will set out her guide to making recruitment inclusive.

Hiring manager relationships will be put under the microscope by Katrina Collier, author of the book Robot-Proof Recruiter, whilst with on-boarding and internal mobility very much under the spotlight during 2020, analyst and author Mervyn Dinnen will share his research on how to align Talent Acquisition with your Talent Management strategy. Sam Bowker, from the Wellcome Sanger Institute, will talk about the innovative ways in which you can build up the value of your Employer Brand and show how recruitment marketing can best be used to help organisations find the talent they need, and EVP & Employer Branding strategy consultant Andrew Platt Higgins will set out how to get great results from using straightforward tools in an easy-to-follow roadmap.

If you want to discover how the latest recruitment technology can help your organisation then you can schedule virtual meetings, demos and chats with our sponsors, but you need to sign up quickly!
