The national VE for In-House Recruitment Professionals

Final Chance to Register for #IHREVE22!

It’s almost time for the InHouse Recruitment Expo VE 2022! On 1st and 2nd February, for the eighth successive year, we will be showcasing the latest technology, products, research and thinking to help and support all InHouse recruitment teams in addressing their challenges during what most analysts believe is one of the tightest recruitment markets for years.

This will be our fourth virtual event and we will be offering full access and engagement for virtual attendees through our best-in-class platform that will enable you to create your event schedule, watch all the speakers’ sessions and content – either live or on catch-up – and will also facilitate networking, speaker interviews, breakout sessions, polls, Q&A sessions, and competitions. You can set notifications to remind you when sessions begin so you don’t miss any of the vital content to help boost your recruiting agenda.

You can post questions to the masterclass speakers in the schedule, and we will also have a Twitter board for people to connect, post, share and discuss their thoughts on what they are hearing. Visitors can interact with speakers, and each other, across the platform all day on both days.

We are proud to welcome four major sponsors, whose support is so important in helping to make this event successful. The Global Talent Mapping, Talent Pipelining and Executive Search experts Armstrong Craven are our livestream sponsor, whilst Oleeo, the end-to-end recruitment platform, return as our silver event sponsors. The enterprise Talent Acquisition & Talent Management software group Avature will be our bronze sponsor, and registration sponsor is Better.nation, whose cutting edge technology platform streamlines and optimises immigration processes.

Our sponsors will also be offering competition prizes! Armstrong Craven will give a one hundred pound voucher of your choice to the Best Virtual Networker across both days, whilst Oleeo and Nation.better will each be awarding prizes to the visitor to their virtual booths who interacts the most.

We’ll be opening day one with the UK’s number one Worktech analysts Fosway Group, whose Managing Director David Wilson, will guide us through their analysis of how the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem is transforming, and what the best in class companies are doing to attract and hire the talent they need. This will be followed by a presentation from industry expert Steven Ehrlich, will be who will be explaining how to recruit better, faster and cheaper using data and AI. We will also hear from sponsors Avature on technology adoption and what happens beyond the shiny new object.

Clearly the last two years of COVID-19 have changed much, and Chloe Foster of Valorum Care Group will talk about how engagement, attraction and maintaining candidate relationships have all been challenged, and the best ways to embrace these virtually. With approaches to DE&I also becoming so important there will be a timely presentation from Claire Moy, of sponsors Armstrong Craven, the importance of leadership risk and succession planning to your DE&I strategy.

Internal Talent Mobility is playing an increasingly important role in Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning, so we are pleased to welcome Andy Nicholls of Ricoh to talk about offboarding, reboarding and the importance of boomerang hires, whilst Johnny Campbell will be looking Hiring and Retaining Recruiters in 2022.

In an important session for all recruiters Theo Smith, author of the book Neurodiversity at Work, will consider whether HR Technology is a Diversity enabler or a blocker. Jane Hatton of Evenbreak will give us the five ways in which you can become an inclusive employer of choice, and with future talent very much on the agenda Christopher Cuthbert of Jardine Motor Group will describe how to create a meaningful work experience programme to attract future talent.

Our joint hosts for the two days will be HR & Talent analyst and author Mervyn Dinnen, and HR transformation and change specialist Rishita Jones, who will be putting your questions to our masterclass speakers and will be there to guide you through the two days of sessions, polls, networking, and competitions.

There are only a few days left so now is the time to register! 2022 is set to be a challenging yet rewarding year in our sector. The way we attract and hire the talent we need is changing, and InHouse Recruitment will be at the forefront, so you can’t miss out on IHREVE 22.
